Letter to Stakeholders
 

Dear stakeholders, 
I am Mooje Sung, the CEO of ST Pharm.

Taking this first step toward a sustainable future is not only a choice to keep up with the times. It is also a decision that is deeply 
connected to our mission of being “the innovative company saving lives.”
2024 was a pivotal year for ST Pharm, as we laid the groundwork for sustainable management. In the face of intensifying regulation and competition in the global CDMO market, we are prepared to take the next step toward sustainable growth by redefining our roles and responsibilities.
We will now focus on establishing a clear direction for sustainable management and building the foundation to implement it. To 
strengthen our sustainability, we will focus on the following five areas.
 
First, we will realize responsible governance and transparent management.
A transparent and responsible decision-making structure is the foundation of sustainable management. ST Pharm has 
strengthened the independence and supervisory function of the Board of Directors and enhanced its accountability by establishing an audit committee and appointing an outside director as chairperson. We will continue to develop a systematic sustainability governance system to achieve more transparent and trustworthy management.
 
Second, we will create social value and pursue inclusive growth.
Corporate sustainability starts with people. We will establish a culture that protects and respects the human rights of all 
stakeholders, including employees, partners, and local communities. In addition, we will implement inclusive management practices that empower employees to grow alongside the company by fostering a healthy organizational culture and a strong foundation for nurturing talent.
 
Third, we will foster future growth through sustainable innovation.
We prioritize quality and safety to bring our clients products they can trust. By establishing and implementing sustainable product policies that consider environmental impact, we will lead our long￾term corporate growth through eco-friendly innovation.
 
Fourth, we will respond to climate change and strengthen environmental sustainability.
We have established an internal greenhouse gas (GHG) management system, analyzed scenarios for climate change risk 
management, and set reduction targets. Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our environmental sustainability by actively 
promoting implementation activities to reduce GHG emissions and participating in domestic and global environmental and ESG 
initiatives.
 
Fifth, we will create sustainable supply chains and win-win partnerships.
A responsible supply chain is essential to achieving sustainable product manufacturing. We will establish procurement policies 
and systematically manage ESG risks in our supply chain to create a fair and sustainable business environment. By doing this, we will strengthen win-win cooperation with our global partners
 
Toward a sustainable future for ST Pharm
The interest and dedication of all our stakeholders—including our employees—have played a vital role in ST Pharm’s journey 
to becoming a global CDMO leader. Now, we aim to advance this journey within the framework of sustainable management 
and grow into an industry leader in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. We extend our sincere wishes

Business Principles
 
ST Pharm is making great efforts to achieve the goal of being ‘The innovative company saving lives’. In a complex and uncertain world that is constantly changing, achieving the goals will require a different approach than other companies take.
We accept the state-of-the art science and technology, produce new products, and intend to ‘contribute to improving human health and welfare by fulfilling corporate social responsibilities in accordance with social justice and manufacturing excellent pharmaceutical products’ based on the belief that strengthening trust with the world comes first rather than pursuing economic efficiency.
Accordingly, we define ST Pharm members, ST Pharm partners, ST Pharm local communities, ST Pharm consumers, and ST Pharm investors as the targets of social responsibility, and establish five business principles to create a virtuous cycle of social responsibility.

 
Principle 1. Human Right Management
ST Pharm considers the health and happiness of the employees the most important in order to create a company where employees are happy. The company's development begins with the happiness of its employees, and happy employees gather to make the company healthy.
 
Principle 2. Environment Management
ST Pharm makes efforts to protect the environment in which the present and future generations will live, and to contribute to climate change mitigation and reducing emission of greenhouse gases. We will meet the expectations of stakeholders through environmental management that protects the local and global environment.
 
Principle 3. Compliance Management
ST Pharm acts honestly to build partnerships and mutual trust among stakeholders with the goal of realizing social justice. We are increasing work efficiency by establishing fair standards internally and pursuing sustainable development through cooperation and responsible management among group companies.
 
Principle 4. Consumer-oriented Management
ST Pharm takes the lead in developing products from the consumer's point of view and protecting consumer rights and interests in order to provide excellent products and services to consumers. ST Pharm will do its best to reasonably, promptly and accurately take account of customer opinions, respond to complaints and prevent them in advance in order to understand each other, trust and become one with consumers.
 
Principle 5. Social Contribution Management
The development of new drugs in ST Pharm is an activity to contribute to society. It is ST Pharm's mission and social responsibility to develop good medicine, heal sick people, and help everyone live a healthy and prosperous life.
